Daniel has led numerous technology transfer agreements in both Asia and Africa in the fields of jewelry & gems manufacturing, construction as well as defense technology. Known for establishing unique businesses and his "pioneering" vision in various fields, he has been primarily focused in the areas of investment banking and business development.

Mr. Fong Seng Wa, is the founder of Sing Hou VIP Club and is a citizen of Macau with over 20 years of management and operating experience in the VIP gaming business in Macau. As a prominent established figure in the gaming industry in Macau, Mr. Fong targets to lead an aggressive expansion of API's VIP gaming business over the next few years. Besides the gaming business, he is also active in social affairs. He recently helped establish, together with other distinguished persons, the Association of Huizhou Natives in Macau, of which he was named Chairman.
