Daniel McKinney has founded businesses in the fields of jewelry manufacturing, construction, promotional exhibitions, technologies, real estate, and non-profit education. Both government agencies and the private sector have sought out Daniel’s expertise in extractive industries and strategic technology development. Daniel has led numerous technology transfer agreements in both Asia and Africa in the fields of jewelry & gems manufacturing, construction as well as defense technology. Known for establishing unique businesses and his "pioneering" vision in various fields, he has been primarily focused in the areas of investment banking and business development. His attentions are now 100% focused on API.

Michael Woo has extensive international experience, with over ten years in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Woo has arragned the financing for numerous companies, including companies listed in the U.S., and for Hong Kong and Singapore companies as well. Mr. Woo is currently the executive director of Asia Pacific Merger and Acquisition Professional Association, Special Adviser of China Management Modern Research Council and a member of the Hong Kong Bank Institiution.

Mr. Roberts, based in Hong Kong, was a Managing Director of the Hoare Govett Asia Group (now ABN AMRO Asia) for nine years. He is a director in Thailand of ABN AMRO Asia Securities Pcl. He is also a Director of Finansa Ltd., Frontier Fund Management Co. and the Siam Investment Fund. Prior to joining Hoare Govett Asia Group in early 1990, he was employed by Citibank for 14 years where he served in a number of senior positions throughout Asia including as a director of Vickers Da Costa Ltd., Hong Kong. He is a Council Member of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, a member of the Exchange’s Listing Committee and a Director of the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company.
